Resolved Question: My internet is slower than before. Plz Help me!!?

Hi guys, normally i download 450 KB/ps. But I defragmented my computer with a program called: Tuneup Utilitis 2009, and since than I download everything at 80 KB/ps. And I want to download like earlier. Can anyone tell me what to do or tell me how I can change some internet settings so I can download faster??
